I began by researching the ethical fashion landscape and understanding how users engage with purpose-led brands. I conducted competitor audits, studied user motivations around cause-driven purchases, and gathered insights on transparency and trust in e-commerce. This helped shape a user journey that not only sells, but tells a story.
My design approach focused on clean aesthetics, emotional storytelling, and usability. I created a visual language that reflects WellPlaid’s values—subtle, modern, and purpose-focused. Every screen was intentionally crafted to make the experience feel premium while keeping the mission front and center.
Working closely with developers, I translated our designs into a responsive and accessible interface. From product pages to the impact tracker, I ensured that users could shop with ease and stay connected to the cause they’re contributing to. Micro-interactions and visual cues were used to reinforce transparency and build trust.
The concept was clear from the start: “fashion that funds futures.” My role was to ensure that this purpose was felt in every tap, scroll, and click. I designed a platform where users don’t just buy clothes—they participate in a global mission to bring education to children who need it most.
